1. The promoter is: Intersport Elverys whose registered office is at Moneen Rd, Castlebar, Co Mayo.

The participant of the product tests transfers to Intersport Elverys the exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable right, unrestricted in terms of space, time and content, to the use, in particular by production, reproduction and distribution, of the texts and photographic material (“works”) created in the context of the product test, for the purposes of publishing and alteration of the works (by digital and graphic processing of the content). The right of use granted extends to all types of use (e.g. worldwide internet, print, digital media, e-mail, social media and applications).
3. The name, description of the profession, company and location of the customer may be stated by Intersport Elverys for the purposes of exercising the right to use of the works, and may be communicated in the publication forms of the works.
4. The works are to be transferred to the property of Intersport Elverys at their creation.
5. Product Testers must supply their own equipment for recording.
6. Product Tester will be require to provide voice overs and appear in the content that they create.
7. Content Produced will be featured but not limited to usage on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, Websites, Blogs. This content will be in the form of videos, reels, tik toks, photography.
8. Remuneration will be in the form of product received for testing.
9. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
10. By filling in the application form, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. Only one application will be accepted per person.
13. Closing date for entry will be stipulated in the copy of the competition.After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

2019 is just getting underway and the sporting year is about to ignite. The GAA season is slowly getting going, the 6 Nations in on the horizon, the Premier League title race is beginning to heat up and the NFL season is coming down the home straight. Here at Intersport Elverys Towers, we’re intrigued to see which of the 8 remaining teams will go all the way and capture Superbowl 53 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia on the 3rd of February. Over the next few weeks, one team will rise to the top. We’ll have a closer look at the contenders.
AFC Championship
The AFC Championship is shaping up to be a cracker. Kansas City Chiefs have had a remarkable season, finishing the regular season with a record of 12-4. This is in no small part down to the fact quarter back Patrick Mahomes has been in such fine form. However, they will have to overcome the Colts, led by Andrew Luck. Luck missed all last season due to injury and will do everything in his power to drive his team forward into the Divisional decider.
On the other side of the draw, two veteran quarter backs Philip Rivers (LA Chargers) and Tom Brady (Patriots) face off. Philip Rivers will be hoping to lead the Chargers to their first ever Superbowl crown, while Tom Brady is looking to win his 6th crown. The Chargers have had a very good season posting a 12-4 record, while the Pats have a record of 11-5. History points to the Patriots and TB12 winning this one, but it could go either way.

LA Chargers (12-4) @ New England Patriots (11-5)
NFC Championship
In the NFC Championship, there is a very interesting match up that see’s the Dallas Cowboys play the LA Rams. Both teams have a top quality running back and quarter back. For the traditional power houses, the Cowboys, they have the dynamic duo of Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott up against Jared Goff and Todd Gurley from the Rams. If all four players hit top gear, this game could have fireworks.
In the final game this weekend, the current Superbowl holders the Philadelphia Eagles, lead by Nick Foles prepare to take on the New Orleans Saints and Drew Brees. The Eagles are lucky enough to be at this stage after the Chicago Bears missed a last second field goal to win the game. On the other hand, the Saints have been in great form, with a record of 13-3. This game could also be a belter and should round off a cracking weekend of NFL action.
