Always Train Your Way! Here at Intersport Elverys, we understand that everyone has their own unique ways of training that works for them when striving to better themselves. Training is a huge part of our business and we have a wide range of training gear to make you feel comfortable and assist you while you reach your goals.

Over the coming weeks we will have a number of unique training videos from some of sports well known personal trainers across Ireland in an effort to showcase the different ways people train. This video series will aim to help you achieve your fitness and training goals and inspire you to go further, as well as show you some of the top training products from Puma, Nike, Underarmour and adidas. TJ Reid – Personal Trainer, Kilkenny Senior Hurler and owner of TJ Reid Health and Fitness

We went to TJ Reid Health & Fitness in Kilkenny where PT and GAA star TJ brings us through a key exercise used for building overall strength. The Hex Bar Deadlift is a perfect exercise for GAA players and people who aren’t to experienced. in the gym. With the right lessons in place anyone can perfect this exercise.

Andy Moran – Personal Trainer, Mayo Footballer and owner of The Movement Gym

We visited Andy and his team in Castlebar to go through some of the workouts his gym have to offer and get some of his thoughts on training. Below Andy gives us an insight into one of his most popular combinations Circuits and Spinning. Check it out.

Andy and his team also believe not all workouts need to be face paced. In the next video he and his team demonstrate a typical yoga class and the multiple benefits that come with this type of workout.

Another feature from Andy and his team at The Movement is a typical run through of a Spinning class and what to expect from a class no matter what level you are at.
