At Home Body-Weight Workout with Aishling Sheridan

Working out at home with no equipment? We’ve teamed up with Cavan LGFA player Aishling Sheridan who is also a Certified Athletic Therapist & Trainer, Online Personal Trainer & Nutrition coach to bring our audience a body weight workout that can easily be done at home, in the gym or wherever you have space.

This is a quick body weight workout that is easy to follow, requires no equipment and can be done in the comfort of your home.

Workout

40 seconds ON 20 seconds OFF for 4 rounds.

Take a minute rest in between each round
*note you can add weights to some of these exercises if you’d like.

1. Body weight squats(40 ON , 20 OFF)

2. Shoulder taps(40 ON , 20 OFF)

1 MIN REST
3. Mountain Climbers(40 ON , 20 OFF)

1 MIN REST
4. Reverse lunge(40 ON , 20 OFF)

1 MIN REST
5. Knees to stand(40 ON , 20 OFF)
